The Spirit of the Studio

The Loft Space Studio was founded by Hayley Anne Montague on the belief that atmosphere is the soul of a space.

We can make our space a mirror of our own soul by connecting deeply with the things we surround ourselves with - things made by hand, slowly and with love and meaning.

The site starts with original paintings today but will grow to other artworks. One day I hope to feature sculture, ceramics, and textiles.

Each artwork begins outdoors - among weathered fields, tangled hedgerows, and shifting light. These works carry the energy of the wildflowers of Epping Forest and bring it inward, bringing a sense of movement and quiet vitality to interior spaces.

Created for homes and collectors who value depth, connection, and the natural world, every piece is an invitation to live with the rhythm of the landscape.
